For records of any CURRENT student, please contact the school of attendance.

Only the STUDENT can request student records once they achieve 18 years of age.

To submit a student records request:

Fill out the request form below and email a government issued drivers license or photo ID.  You MUST provide proper identification or your request will not be processed.
