The purpose of Title II is to increase student achievement consistent with state academic standards, improve the quality and effectiveness of teachers, principals and other school leaders, developing and implementing initiatives to assist in recruiting and hiring effective teachers. District‐wide professional learning that is aligned to the Strategic Plan‐ Professional Learning Communities (PLC), subject area specific development and consultation.
