What an INCREDIBLE morning at Woodlawn Elementary! 🎉🦅
We officially cut the ribbon on the long-anticipated new 12-classroom wing! ✂️ These amazing new spaces are ready to welcome students on Monday morning.
Woodlawn has also been celebrating its 70th Anniversary this year, so it's extra special to open during this milestone! 🎂
The student leaders truly stole the show! They introduced every speaker, the wonderful chorus sang beautifully, and the 5th graders led tours of the new wing. The celebration ended with second graders lining the new hallway, singing "Woodlawn Eagles We Will Soar!" 🎶
A huge THANK YOU to all the visitors: parents, community leaders, City of Sebring staff, district staff, and our construction partners who came out to celebrate this moment together!
