The School Board of Highlands County is proud to recognize Ag Angels, a local nonprofit organization, for their generous donation of $36,000 to help provide Christmas gifts and essentials for less fortunate children across our community. This contribution will support schools throughout the district in identifying and assisting families in need during the holiday season, ensuring that every child experiences the joy and warmth of Christmas.
Ag Angels founder and chairman, Scott Kirouac, joined district and school leaders at Wednesday’s administrator meeting to share the exciting news in person. His organization, known for its strong commitment to serving local families, continues to make a meaningful difference through the generosity of community members, businesses, and volunteers who contribute time and resources each year.
The School Board of Highlands County extends its heartfelt gratitude to Ag Angels for their continued partnership and compassion. Their gift reflects the spirit of community that makes Highlands County such a special place to live, learn, and give.
