Today was our Tall Tale Character Dining experience for our 2nd grade leaders. Students dressed up as Lumberjacks and special visitors like Paul Bunyan, Babe the Blue Ox, Casey Jones, John Henry, and Pecos Bill joined in on the fun while students enjoyed flapjacks and sausage while drinking barrel juice. Thanks to our families for flipping flapjacks as early as 6:30 am and our leadership ambassadors for helping serve. #itssweettobeaneagle #thewoodlawnway

Today we had the opportunity to host our Bus Drivers for breakfast and professional learning! We reviewed our SOAR expectations and how they apply on the bus. We truly value our partnership with the transportation department. Our students’ days start and end with our bus drivers and we appreciate all that they do. They’re a HUGE part of “The Woodlawn Way”! #ItsSWEETtobeanEagle

This golf cart was donated to Woodlawn Elementary School by one of our faithful substitutes. Unfortunately, early Tuesday morning at approximately 4:00 AM, we have video evidence of someone breaking onto our campus and stealing this golf cart. If you have seen this golf cart or have information, please contact the Sebring Police Department or our School Resource Officer, Diego Serrano. Thanks for your help!
